You MUST have your account number! Your account number is NOT your telephone number.
To locate your account number, refer to your last billing statement. The account number can be found on the left side of the front page towards the top. Or you can contact our customer service center at 1.800.515.3311 to receive your account number. To ensure security of your account information, your identity must be verified prior to receiving your account number over the phone.
Once you have your account number, you will register and set up your online billing account via your computer.
Once you register and establish a username and password, you will no longer need to use your account number.
It’s secure! The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Any personal information you may supply is secured and is not shared.
IMPORTANT: Upon registering for TVT’s on-line billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the U.S. Mail. You will have the ability to access your current bill and all past statements up to 12 months since the time of registration.
